Developed the gut renovation and sale of 6-unit condominium project by combining and enlarging 2 contiguous 4-story brownstones up to 15,000 gross square feet and creating 6, +/-2,000 square foot, full floor apartments serviced by a private elevator, and with private storage, gym, and bike room, and outdoor space.
