The Expansion of the Bronx Charter School for Excellence Facilities

I served as an advisor to the Bronx Charter School for Excellence in its acquisition of the land and building at 1960 Benedict Avenue, Bronx, NY with $25 million of bond financing provided by BuildNYC. I coordinated a team of professionals including Architects – Cutsogeorge Tooman & Allen, Construction Manager – Pinnacle Contractors of NY, Inc. and Owner’s Representative – Jones Lang LaSalle.
